The Attendance Allowance for 2023/24 £68.10 lower rate and £101.75 higher rate
This is called Attendance Allowance. It’s paid at 2 different rates and how much you get depends on the level of care that you need because of your disability.
The other benefits you get can increase as well if you get Attendance Allowance. Attendance Allowance is not means tested and not taxed!
In addition, if your partner or spouse receives Attendance Allowance and you look after them for 35 hours per week you may be eligible for Carers Allowance which is worth another £69.70 per week (2023/24 rates £76.75 per week), (paid monthly).
